I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had bro...

I turned to step change in 2020 my marriage had broken down , and I was left with a lot of debts so I owed about 16000, at the time, iv been able to put all my debts as one payment, so far iv payed just over 6,000 pounds in the last 5 years I'm glad I did turn to step change, they have helped me sort out my debts and now iv been able to sleep at night Reviewed on: 24th May 2025

Help to save myself

To have someone t who doesn’t judge you .are kind ,understanding,and have patience whilst you sob to them about how you can’t cope and see no future for the mess your in.then they sort it out for you…the burden that you carried for so long starts to lift…because they step in and help you save yourself Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Life changing support!

I can’t say enough good things about StepChange. I had got myself into a very scary place financially due to health issues and I felt completely trapped and couldn’t see a way out. Step Change from the very beginning were so empathetic and reassuring and have taken away so much stress that I didn’t even realise I was living with. Being able to pay one single payment a month instead of 9+ AND interest has been lifesaving! Every single representative that I have spoken with has been warm and knowledgeable and I always recommend their services to friends and family who are also struggling financially.
