It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. A helping hand.

Six months before we retired we knew we would have debts we could not cover with our pensions so we contacted Stepchange who got in touch with our creditors and arrange a debt management plan for us .What a relief, it took all the worry and stress away. Stepchange have been really helpful to me and because of this, I’m on the way to getting things sorted. The staff are helpful, don’t judge and don’t patronise. Everything is made crystal clear and all the options available are explained clearly. Never feel judged by the assistant on the phone. They are helpful and knowledgeable which is what you need when you’re trying to sort out your finances. If there’s a change it is easy to contact them and adjust payments as needed. Takes away the pressure of contacting creditors individually which would be time consuming and a struggle.
