I approached stepchange for help as I was in debt and didn’t know what to do. I was very close to entering into a Iva With a private company when after speaking with stepchange I soon realised that this company was in fact going to leave me in more debt. stepchange took everything off my hands after just one phone call going through all my debts and expenditures. I had fallen behind with my bills

I had fallen behind with my utilities. I was referred to stepchange. Their online application was straight forward and easy to fill in. The follow up help online and over the phone was friendly and helpful. I am now in a better place financially. They have made arrangements with my creditors for lower monthly payments. They worked out a budget for me even with allowance for a bit of savings every month. In debt and in need of help don't hesitate to contact stepchange, and get your life back on track.
