It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. StepChange have been amazing they helped me so much when my husband passed and I found myself in financial difficulties they helped me put a plan together to affordabily pay my debts off over a period of time they contacted the companies I owed money to and explained my situation to them also if I have any concerns they are always there to help and advise I don't know what I would have done without their help I would highly recommend any one in financial difficulty to contact them. I'm using StepChange with a debt management plan and I cleared most of my debt so far without issues. I even recommend to a family member who was also struggling with debt and in a month from now he'll be debt free. I'm very grateful for this service and happy I chose StepChange.
