More going out then coming in!

I got to a point where i didnt know what to do or where to turn so i started to look up debt management companies on the internet, i came across StepChange and gave them a call. The process was easy and the team members i have come across have been very helpful. The only negative i have is there was no consideration to remortgage my house which i found after entering into the plan could have been an option for me to consolidate my debt and utilise equity i held in my property. bad service cost me my DMP

I called to advise I lost my job and was unable to pay into my DMP "no bother it's fine" anyway they closed my DMP despite telling me it's fine. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Stepchange have dealt with everything and taken the stress and worry away from me. All I now need to do is update my financial plan every year and they take care of the rest.
