The helping hand you need

We all need a little in life. And sometimes that help lies in an understanding voice, a little clarity, a few options, and someone to lift the burden with you. All of those are things I found with StepChange. I'm five years into my debt management plan, and I know I couldn't have done this without them. Their work with my creditors, and access to their portal has brought control, peace of mind and a massive decline in my debt. In return they have asked for nothing but for me to remain honest and open with them. Stressed more than ever!!!!!

Everything was set up well and the understanding of my budget and money available for debts was straight forward to complete, however i did think that once i had set the plan up and the companies had been informed that i would no longer be stressed about my debt and would be able to see light at the end of the tunnel.
