It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Sensible, workable debt management.

I was facing what felt like a mountain of debt. Stepchange talked me through what I had, showed me how to create a workable, sensible budget and spoke to the companies I owed to create a debt management plan that I could stick to and clear my debt. Step change will help you.

I only have good things to say about step change. At a time when stress levels are high and you feel like your drowning! This service literally steps in and you will sought out your finances and create a plan! The pathway is clear and concise. There is no judgement only focus is on honest interaction about your finances and you have to face your reality and carefully go through your outgoings and income. The task is important part of journey to managing finances and making a plan .The staff are professional and offer practical advice and support. They gave me advice, and help, but the fact that they did this with unlimited patience, understanding, and support. They also gave me the most precious thing of all. Hope.
