It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Excellent service!

Excellent service! 4 years ago I realised that I was £40,000 on debt (I had been a student and had had undiagnosed Bipolar) Stepchamge advisers were extremely helpful and set up a plan for me. After 18 months I had to give up my job. For a few months I was on universal credit and I was allowed to take a break from payments. I earn less money with my current job but the review reflected this and I pay less each month. I now owe judt under £20,000 and am very happy about this. The whole process has been stress free and I would definitely recommend it to anyone unfortunate enough to have large debts. I love that it is a completely free service and I am not paying interest on my old credit cards. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
