It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I went into debt after a breakdown in my marriage, debt was rising and i was struggling and felt ashamed. I was introduced to step change after speaking to my bank and they put me on a debt management plan. I can finally breathe, it is like a weight lifted off my shoulders and i am forever grateful to Step Change, making those steps certainly improved my mental and physical health, thank you team for looking after me. Just as I was at my whits end with my debt and thought there was no way out. I contacted step change for help. They were great and spoke with me in detail and helped get on the right track.
