It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. I was in such a financial mess when, at my age, I should be settled. Stepchange help me through the mess and basically sorted everything out without me having to talk to my creditors. They helped draw up my budget and even though a felt embarrassed saying how much I owed, the person on the end of the telephone was so sympathetic and really made me feel at ease. Life change with Stepchange

I carried the weight off debt for years and after dealing with step change, I can breathe again, I can walk tall and upright. Every time I have called each and everyone I have dealt with have been amazing and so polite.
