It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Great Service!

After the government introduced IR35 I lost 20k overnight leaving me in financial difficulties. I had to change jobs and owed 24k which I was managing before even though I was aware I had taken on a lot. Stepchange have managed it for me with a number I’m comfortable with and I’ve paid 10k back so far. I’ve had no problems with debtors hassling me. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
