A big relief

The process was so easy, I managed to consolidate all my debts in one payment through their DMP. I wish I had done it sooner. I will be debt free in under 4 years and feel I am in control of my finances. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Having been with step change since 2021 .

Having been with step change since 2021 .Its been the best decision I have ever made .They have helped me take control of my debts and by paying them a payment each month which gets distributed to my creditors I know eventually that my debts will be paid off to have that knowledge of knowing that is a great comfort and a real stress relief. Great service .

Due to redundancy and a bereavement I found myself in financial difficulty. I didn’t know where to turn I was embarrassed to be in this situation and was in a very dark place. After contacting step change and receiving their help I am less anxious and feel that I can carry on knowing my debts are being sorted and no one is going to come knocking on my door. One of the best companies to exist

It still amazes me how a company like StepChange exists in todays world! A FREE service that is only after one thing - to help you clear your debt in a sensible and straight forward way. It is one of the most wonderful companies I've ever worked with, supporting me to set up a DMP to pay off my debt. Without StepChange, I don't know who else I would have approached for help.
