It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Really easy to set up and manage.

Really easy to set up and manage. Online system could be little more user friendly. Also being able to do more over email or maybe a chat service would be good as its hard to call and sometime a little difficult to speak about too. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
