At first i was a bit skeptical about step change, But speaking to them was the best thing for me, I went from drowning in debt and worry, To one manageable monthly payment and they worked with me and my creditors and the letters and phone calls stopped over night. I was in a cross road and confused about my debts.

I was in a cross road and confused about my debts. I was informed about this charity from an old experience a friend had. It was easy to contact them and after an initial appointment, I was accepted and I was assigned a case worker. This person helped me to set up a debt management plan free of charge. Take the step to change your life.

Everyone I spoke to were calm, understanding and reassuring - particularly appreciated as I was going through a major life event at the time.
