It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Amazing service!!

Step change made it really easy to arrange my debt management plan. They took time to explain things in an easy to understand way. It was relatively straighf forward to set up and the advisors were patient and made me feel it ease. I feel that a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and that's all thanks to step change. An enormous support in managing my debts

I got into debt when my work dried up. I survived for a couple of months on credit cards. Unsurprisingly I got to the point where I could no longer afford the monthly repayments.
