It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Excellent service

I had parted from my long term marriage, an was left to sort out all the debt my husband had accumulated, so was under so much stress, I got in touch with step change, they were amazing helping we get all my creditors in one place, an creating a debt plan to suit my low income, thank you so much, you deserve some credit for all you do. Saved my home

I unexpectedly became ill and I had to reduce my work hours. I could have lost my home if it weren't for Step Change (and to be fair, the understanding of Marks and Spencer Money). Financial crisis

I left the Royal Marines in 2019 and found myself in a financial black hole. Not knowing what to do in terms of employment and having two young children to provide for as a single father. I found myself resorting to credit cards. Within 3 years I was £12000 in debt with no way out. Step Change helped me to assess my financial situation and provide immediate support by creating a payment plan whereby I could pay little and often allowing enough money to provide for my family.
