It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Face your fears

I was left with debt following a relationship breakdown. I tried to manage however I knew that I could not meet the debts. A friend recommended contacting Step Change. It took an awful lot to make the initial call however I was met with kindness, understanding & support. I can not that Step Change enough. They have helped me to keep my creditors at bay!!

I was anxious and consumed by my debts and couldn't see a way forward. In contacting your organisation and speaking with a debt management support worker. I have managed to set up a debt/repayment plan and all my creditors are satisfied. Reviewed on: 13th July 2023

Such an easy process
