It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. The relief when your corned by debts through a DMP is immeasurable

On first viewing the DMP seemed impossible to complete, at all times Stepchange officers advice was fantastic, leaving nothing to chance. It was almost like having your own Encyclopaedia of debt solutions to hand. Reviewed on: 12th July 2023

Much needed help, advice and support

When my situation reached a crisis point last year a creditor suggested I contact Step Change and enter into a Debt Management Plan. I did so and found the whole process very easy, mainly online. There is also a telephone number whenever I need on-the -spot advice. The advisors I have spoken to have all been helpful, supportive and most importantly, non-judgmental. A life saver

I can honestly say that Step Change saved my life. Drowning in debt and not knowing where to turn, I too the step to call them and it is one of the best things I ever did. A friendly, efficient and knowledgable lady took me through the process of setting up a Debt Management Plan and the rest..as they say..is history. Step Change take care of your creditors on your behalf which is great in itself as late payments often propagates threatening letters, calls from unpleasant individuals who turn every day into an utter nightmare. They look after the day to day management of your debts which, speaking from experience, massively reduces the dread, pressure and embarrassment that indebtedness brings. Reviewed on: 11th July 2023

Brilliant debt management

I am so glad I stopped burying my head in the sand with my debts & seeked step change. Friendly, quick and easy to sort out your debts and help you budget better per month. It's great seeing my debt reducing each month and I can now sleep without worrying.
