I still can't believe companies like this exist!

Excellent advice and practical solutions tailor made for me

With the cost of living escalating and my personal circumstances changing incredibly fast I needed advice to get perspective and not feel as though I was going to drown in silence. Step Change talked me through many things and helped me to see a way forward and practical and realistic solutions to allay my fears and stay in financial control. Step change helped me in more ways than just debt management. I am a very proud and stubborn man that refuses help from anyone, from my first call to finalising my dmp the customer service was at the highest level. Saved me from debt hell

Step Change were so helpful. I was mired in debt and couldn't see a light. When I finally admitted the problem to myself, Step Change were able to give me good advice. I gave them my complete list of debts and my income/expenditure and we were able to work out how much I could afford. They then took this to all my creditors and agreed the plan with them. I would never have been able to do this alone but they know exactly what to do and it was so painless. I am very grateful to them for all their help that has turned a nightmare into merely a problem.
