It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Really helped us out of a hole

Being young and having trouble settling into work my now wife and I racked up around 15k in debt. Once I started earning more money and accepted that we needed help and I contacted Stepchange; they have supported us every step of the way no matter what hurdles have come up. We now have a debt free date of July 2026 which is excellent news and it has made out lives so much easier and stressful and enabled us to take control of our finances. Reviewed on: 9th July 2023

Excellent company

Game changer

I was struggling financially following the death of my husband. Finding money for bills was difficult enough but I had credit card debt with interest that I could never see an end to. Step Change dealt with all my creditors for me advising I go on a DMP and wow what a game changer. I feel I can breath and will be able to retire at 67 I hope. I am so glad I sought their help. The forms were completed online and easy to access, every month I get a statement update. It’s wonderful and I know I can contact them for support if I need to. No judgment just brilliant advice at a time when I desperately needed it. I couldn’t speak more highly of Step Change if I tried their support has brought me hope for the future. The answer to your financial worries.

I had several credit card debts that were adding interest so I was unable to get my financial affairs in order. I was advised to contact Stepchange and they have put me on a Debt Management Plan.
