It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Stepchange is Fantastic

I was in such a bad way debt wise with bills mounting, cost of living etc and plucked up the courage to get intouch with Stepchange ! I could never realise the relief of getting sorted out in a private professional way where I was made to feel no shame ! Weight lifting that makes a huge difference

Contacting Step Change was a game changing moment in my life. I'd used all my saving paying my monthly debts while off work with a deteriorating Illness. This was during covid second wave. I'd tried working with companies myself but to no workable outcome. After my initial conversation with Step Change I had huge feeling of relief as if I was listened too and the weight on my shoulders was being shared, The advice and support they gave was a game changer for me. I don't know where I would be if I hadn't made that initial contact, Their debt management plan was such a great support. I could get on with my health battle without the worry. They are always there if I need further advice or if I'm having difficulties with a debter. They gave advice on how to approach any issues with companies too. Such an excellent service.
