It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Really helped manage the stress of debt

I have nothing but praise for the support of people at step change. They helped me manage my debt which accrued in the context of my mental health problems. They were kind caring and professional directing me to the best way to handle my debts and also get mental health support. Without their help and guidance I don’t know where I’d be. Excellent service

I came to step change due to credit card issues. I explained it wasn't manageable and they then went on to explain how they could help me. It was a straight forward service and took a weight off my mind. I've continued what I believe to be a manageable amount. They deserve the Top Award for helping myself and others. Changed my life

I have a history of mental health issues and felt very out of control with my debt, and I decided to reach out to stepchange. They have well and truly changed my life and I now no longer worry about money. Free debt management
