It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish.

It was absolutely fantastic help from start to finish. It took 8 days in total. I'm sitting here now a lot happier than I was 3 weeks ago. They put me forward (against their recommendation) for a DRO, which was passed 2 weeks ago, and because I have their backing, I have been able to liaise with my creditors a lot easier, and they have actually helped me due to my underlying health issues. Thank you to them all from Stepchange and also Money Wellness (the people who organised my finances and submitted my DRO application) From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU. Amazing

I was struggling for months after I had my baby with loads of debts, I’m so happy that my health visitor passed this company onto me, there hands down the most understanding people every time I ring a different person and they always have the most amazing people skills, i’m never made to feel like I’m stupid for asking a question. Helped me recover in every way possible

I'd accumulated so much debt, (twice my annual incomings) and was only able to pay interest with no chance of ever paying back my debts. Stepchange couldn't have been more helpful, they explained each of my options and explained how each might effect my credit score (and how I could protect my chances of employment in a financial industry). Patient

I have an array of disabilities, and have needed lots of help. Everyone I have spoken to have been extremely patient, calm and lovely with me. They offered extra help as needed, and were always concerned with my safety. Because of my illnesses it took me almost a year to solidify my paperwork,(all down to me), they kept my account open and prompted me often to keep going. Stepchange have always been extremely helpful and understanding when it came to my debt, the levels of stress and anxiety I was under completely changed (for the good) once I got in touch with them.
