Very helpful and Friendly environment

When visiting the branch in Woodbridge, Suffolk staff were very helpful and friendly when explaining my options particularly as I was unsure of a few of the options. They were happy to explain what each option meant for me. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024

Very helpful staff

Easy to book appointment and always very helpful staff in branch. Not always the best interest rates but local and nice to be able to speak to a person. It would be handy to be able to do more banking online. Looks like this is now progressing but as I have a child’s account and joint account I still can’t access information that would be very helpful see online at a quick glance.
