Helping track payments

Vicky Enright from the Halesworth Branch was incredibly helpful, when I couldn't go into the branch due to a knew injury and she was so wonderfully helpful and efficient, organising print outs from previous years and highlighting payments I had made. The Suffolk Building Society has an old fashioned personal banking style which is absolutely brilliant ! Reviewed on: 17th July 2023

Incredibly helpful, friendly service

I was helped by Benny to get myself a new savings book and withdraw some money, he was incredibly thoughtful and took care to sort everything I needed whilst still being quick and efficient. He even helped me to feel comfortable after our appointment was over and got me some cool water and I sat in their air conditioned waiting area as I'm heavily pregnant and the weather was really getting to me.
