An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. It is local and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I asked a question and immediately they gave me the answer. Then I was able to book an appointment that week, i.e. phoned Tuesday and had appointment Thursday. Reviewed on: 15th February 2023

Friendly, helpful, goes that extra mile

Always leaves me with a positive vibe. Staff so helpful and smiley, they feel more like a friend as opposed to the usual just down to business feeling. Good products cover all types of savings for all ages. Bet with them years and never had a problem, plus they do some amazing local experiences for their customers, and raise money for local charities. Reviewed on: 14th February 2023

Wish I had moved sooner

For years I have put up with the derisory rates offered by my bank, however I decided to change things after after recommendation and research I moved our ISA to Suffolk. The switch was seemless, explained and undertaken by the very helpful branch staff(Ravenswood), just wish I had done it sooner. Very happy customer Reviewed on: 13th February 2023

I love my local Suffolk Building Society as it is so helpful having a branch on my High Street with such helpful and friendly staff. It is so convenient to be able to pop into the branch and talk to a real person, rather than the alternative ghastly online banking that is so impersonal and offputting.
