I have been with the Suffolk BS (formerly Ipswich BS) for many years and I stay with them not only because they offer competitive products, but because of the very personal service I receive. A true mutual for all of my 75 years

Mutuality in financial services is a perfect business plan to benefit everyone. It is such a shame that so many building societies have disappeared. But that simply makes SBS all the more special and our members should recognise its full value. Through all its many changes, SBS has remained loyal to its Suffolk roots as a totally reliable service provider and long may it continue to do so. It must not be taken for granted.
