An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. Customer Service

Efficient Service and Branch in my town

The last remaining bank in Hadleigh and a welcoming, bright premises with helpful staff and they pass on interest rate rises in a relatively swift manner too. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023

ISA savings

A simple process to open a two year fixed rate ISA, just download the form, complete it and send it to head office with a cheque for opening the account. Head office responded really quickly. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023
