An excellent local society

Though disappointed when the local Agency closed, it is good to have an excuse to visit Woodbridge to deal with the excellent staff who are always helpful and this includes telephone chats as well. In a competitive market the rates on at least one of the accounts is attractive. Email responses to enquiries are usually dealt with reasonably quickly and helpfully by another office. Excellent service - efficient service - exemplary politeness

I have been a client of Ipswich (Suffolk) BuildingSociety for several decades. I have never had cause to complain about any aspect of their Savings Arm. At a time where there is great uncertainty in the country concerning finance, it is important to have confidence in one's Savings Bank. I know my money is safe with the Suffolk Building Society. Regular Savers with Suffolk Building Society.

My Wife and Have been regulars savers with and decided to save via fixed rate bond. The staff, at Woodbridge could not have been more helpful. Nice people

My husband and I had dealt with the winding up of my parents estate. I had an inheritance bequethed to me. We wished to be able to access same but found that our regular society had closed our local branch. Similarly bank branches were no longer open. We called into your Halesworth branch. The staff were friendly and helpful and I now have two saving a/c's with you. It is important that I am able to communicate by telephone with the staff. Reviewed on: 7th February 2023
