Great place

Very helpful and friendly staff, still using the old fashion way of business with passbooks which makes you feel part of the society and much easier for non techies. Large and open areas in the building not claustrophobic. Regular savings account pays a good interest rate. Visits out to interesting places are arranged throughout the year, most of which are free or at a reduced rate. And with tea and cakes ! Reviewed on: 5th March 2022

Great rates, great customer service.

One of the few banks/building societies to respond to the base rate changes and increase interest rates on savings accounts promptly. Very lucky to live in CM postcode so I can take advantage of the great rates. Reviewed on: 25th February 2022

Local building soc working for local people

Friendly and helpfull
