Great Customer Service

I have been comparing ISA Saving rates recently and while I was in Woodbridge I thought I would pop in and ask for some information. I was welcomed with a warm smile, I did not have a appointment but they managed to shuffle things around to give me the time, information and advice that I was seeking and with the services that Chloe provided, which was friendly, knowledgeable and professional with no hard sale was so impressive that I decided to open an account with The Suffolk Building Society in Woodbridge. Waste of time no interest at all!!!!!

We went to open 2 accounts, I explained that my children already had bonds with another bank, he zoned in on that and said they don't do them for under 16s, ok so this is the current interest rate what could you offer he just was not interested at all kept going back to wait until December when there other account mature then think about it, but I would like to open an account with better rates still not interested so we left.
