Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Great buy-to let re-mortgage experience

I am approaching retirement age and we were looking to re-mortgage a buy-to-let property to release some equity for another venture. Georgie did a great job of finding a suitable short-term interest only mortgage for us and Abbey guided us through the process until receipt of our offer. wonderful service, above all others

We had a wonderful service, which was unlike any previous brokers we had. The most professionally effective experience with the Tembo team. The whole team Elly, Jack, Jon have brilliant communication skills, follow up on progress, solutions and negotiation skills with lenders on our behalf.
