Would highly recommend Tembo. Fae, Faye, and Elly were incredibly friendly and professional throughout and made what could have been a very stressful experience a breeze. Very quick responses, the proccess was really efficient. Always told us what was happening at each stage. Very quick to get MIP to us and then from there, there was only one hiccup. The mortgage decision in principle was suggestd for NatWest but in this case the amount they culd lend us should have been fine but the internal calculators didnt take into consideration some other factors of ours. I spotted on the certificate that the loan amount would not be sufficient, and then it was swiftly sorted. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
