Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Wonderful mortgage broker

I had a wonderful experience with Tembo securing a mortgage on my new home. Olivia and Chelsea were super helpful from the start of the process until completion. Tembo also offered me higher mortgage than other brokers which meant more properties to choose from. I had to pull out of one of the purchases, and once I found a new one Olivia managed to transfer the mortgage offer to a new property. The whole stressful process of buying was made much easier thanks to Tembo and I cannot thank Olivia and Chelsea enough. I would 100% recommend them if you need a mortgage.
