Fantastic

I’ve been so happy with the service offered to me by tembo! Communication was fantastic and customer service was all round 10/10. Grace was so thorough in helping me understand my options and allowing me to make choices based on as much information as possible. Callum then went on to keep communication open throughout the next steps, keeping me up to date with where the bank were up to at each step. I felt listened to and supported from start to finish.
