Helena was absolutely fabulous, taking the time to understand my situation and guide me to the best deal. Even when the first property fell through she helped and then when I returned for the successful purchase she pulled up my previous information so quickly you wouldn't have thought it had been nearly a year. Tembo makes remortgaging easy!

Tembo has been a pleasure to work with. Matt was friendly, approachable and put me at ease as it was my first remortgage. He listened to everything we had to say and guided us effortlessly through our options and the process. Chelsea our case manager put everything together and sent it off very quickly and kept us updated throughout, I didn’t need to chase anyone at all. It’s been a pleasure to deal with Tembo. When I knew my mortgage was coming up for renewal I was incredibly nervous and was avoiding it. Brilliant service, start to finish

I was recommended Tembo through a colleague and was surprised at how quick they were at setting up the initial calls to get us started. This was important as we were close to making an offer on a property and didn't want to miss out. We were in contact with Olivia who talked us through the mortgage and property buying process from start to finish which was very helpful as first time buyers. Her approach was very personal and we appreciated how quick she was at responding to our numerous questions throughout the process. The mortgage rates changed multiple times whilst we were waiting for exchange and Tembo were able to transfer us to a better rate in an efficient way. They actually secured better rates before they were visible on sites such as compare the market. Overall I would recommend Tembo to anyone looking for a mortgage or general advice. Geraldine was absolutely fantastic from start to fin...

Geraldine was absolutely fantastic from start to finish during the process of getting me a mortgage. I was originally using a mortgage broker called Fairstone, recommended to me by L&G homes. They hit a dead end with lenders and that’s when I came across Tembo. Geraldine was extremely efficient in getting me offers and within a matter of days found a lender (I should mention that I have a settled default on my credit score). To my amazement the loan offer Geraldine managed to get me was from the same bank that I had 6 months worth of missed payments to. This review still doesn’t do Tembo justice and I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. These guys really will get you a mortgage if you are struggling! 5 Reviewed on: 14th February 2024

Perfect service
