No more computer says no brokers

I've been to multiple brokers to understand my affordability. Every single one told me my maximum budget was 4.5x my income. At no point did anyone recommend other solutions. On Tembo's site I was able to check my max budget for over 8 different schemes in under 10 minutes. And it just so happens I'm eligible for a blue light mortgage. Never mentioned to me before. Smart tech for modern buyers

To be able to get max borrowing and monthly costs for all eligible buying schemes in an instant. Pretty gamechanging for renters like me where 4.5x income just ISNT ENOUGH. I had been looking at Wayhome and another scheme called Proportunity but had no clue how to compare them. Found these guys on insta and spoke to their mortgage support person Lauren. Income Boost Mortgage - EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I used Tembo to help my son purchase his first property. I worked with consultants Geraldine Wong and Abbey Ward. The service I received was EXCELLENT! the consultants were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive and very communicative - they kept me fully informed at every step in the process. 'Bumps in the road' were handled quickly and efficiently. The most important thing for me was that Geraldine and Abbey made me feel I was their only client - which was amazing and I felt 'special'. I would highly recommend Tempo to everyone and have already told family and friends. Overall a very pleasant and seamless experience - WELL DONE GERALDINE AND ABBEY - GOOD JOB! Excellent and responsive

All the TEMBO team helped us through a tricky mortgage application; I’d tried it on my own and the rejection was demoralising. They were responsive and put in lots of extra hours to get us over the line. We were working with the Scottish system too so another layer of complexity. Highly recommended.
