Income Boost Mortgage - EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I used Tembo to help my son purchase his first property. I worked with consultants Geraldine Wong and Abbey Ward. The service I received was EXCELLENT! the consultants were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive and very communicative - they kept me fully informed at every step in the process. 'Bumps in the road' were handled quickly and efficiently. The most important thing for me was that Geraldine and Abbey made me feel I was their only client - which was amazing and I felt 'special'. I would highly recommend Tempo to everyone and have already told family and friends. Overall a very pleasant and seamless experience - WELL DONE GERALDINE AND ABBEY - GOOD JOB! Excellent and responsive

All the TEMBO team helped us through a tricky mortgage application; I’d tried it on my own and the rejection was demoralising. They were responsive and put in lots of extra hours to get us over the line. We were working with the Scottish system too so another layer of complexity. Highly recommended. Simply outstanding service & product

Tembo have helped me to remortgage my home with the assistance of my partner using the income boost product. This has been a complex process including facilitating a buyout & Tembo have been fantastic in progressing the remortgage , checking in multiple times a week & reassuring me during a very stressful period. This product has meant that I have been able to keep my home, that has a lot of sentimental value for me, and I’m grateful to Allie Sowden, who’s service level & genuine care for us as a client has gone above the call of duty. Excellent

I found Tembo after being told by a mortgage broker that guarantor/income boost mortgages were no longer available. From the very first call I had with them they have been nothing but excellent and even offered me advice which on an aborted sale which saved me money and cost them the mortgage arrangement fee. My daughters first home!

Tembo were able to help with a joint borrower sole proprietor mortgage which has enabled my daughter to buy her first home.
