Fantastic Advisors

Helena was absolutely fabulous, taking the time to understand my situation and guide me to the best deal. Even when the first property fell through she helped and then when I returned for the successful purchase she pulled up my previous information so quickly you wouldn't have thought it had been nearly a year. Wouldn't go to anyone else

Dont go anywhere else

After months of trying to find a broker that could assist us we came across Ash, Hannah and Lauren. They made it possible to purchase the property of my dreams, they kept me up to date and even assisted me with insurances. I went for a JBSP mortgage which some companies had not even heard of and I got a great rate. Excellent support and guidance to buy a first home

Andy and Lauren provided an excellent service from the start of the process right through to the end. They were knowledgeable and answered all our questions effectively and efficiently. Outstanding communication and service

I was a single person and was looking to buy the home I rented. After trying a couple of mortgage brokers with no joy, I found Tembo during an internet search. I was impressed by the ratings they had received on Google so decided to contact them. I wasn't optimistic until various conversations and reassurance from Tembo that obtaining my first mortgage was doable. They managed to find me the best possible deal to suit my income and even when my adviser wasn't able to make contact, someone else from the company stepped in. They were friendly, positive and super speedy in securing me my very first mortgage and kept in regular contact throughout even when conveyancing of my property was underway. They were always available if I had questions, I had many! They did not judge, even though I asked some silly questions, they reassured me that no question was silly!
