Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Lorna and Emma have been amazing

Lorna and Emma have both been fantastic to work with as a first‑time buyer i literally had no idea how getting a mortgage works. lorna was my initial contact and she was so friendly and upbeat. She explained everything in detail and always replied to my emails quickly, even when she was on holiday! On application we had a couple of minor hurdles which she helped me to overcome, whilst ensuring i didnt stress or worry. Later on Emma also joined the party and has been equally as professional and efficient. Emma has kept me updated right through to my mortgage offer came through today.
