Incredible Experience - Dominic & Chelsea

Super easy & amazing communication from Dominic & Chelsea! I put off starting the process of getting my mortgage for a while as I thought it would be complicated and hard to understand but the team at Tembo made it so straight forward. We had a fantastic experience working with our mortgage broker Beth and our case manager, Callum. They were both incredibly helpful and professional. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—they kept us updated every step of the way and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Beth did a great job explaining our options clearly and helping us find the right mortgage, and Callum was on the ball with our mortgage application. Excellent Mortgage Support

From the moment we picked up the phone we felt supported and cared for. Beth was fantastic and Callum was brilliant, they were at the end of the phone whenever we called and were quick to get us through the process with ease. They made the process less stressful and you knew they understood the importance of the process to yourselves.
