Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Tembo have been absolutely amazing to work with — I couldn’t recommend them more highly. The whole mortgage process felt super easy and straightforward thanks to their incredible platform and the brilliant team behind it. Jess and Paul were absolute rockstars — professional, friendly, and always on hand to help with any questions or curveballs along the way. What could have been a really stressful experience ended up feeling smooth and genuinely enjoyable because of how warm, supportive and on-it they were from start to finish. As a first time buyer, understanding mortgages can seem daunting but Tembo made it easy. Dominic and Chelsea were amazing and sorted everything effortlessly, I can’t fault them in the slightest. Incredible Experience - Dominic & Chelsea

Super easy & amazing communication from Dominic & Chelsea! I put off starting the process of getting my mortgage for a while as I thought it would be complicated and hard to understand but the team at Tembo made it so straight forward. We had a fantastic experience working with our mortgage broker Beth and our case manager, Callum. They were both incredibly helpful and professional. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—they kept us updated every step of the way and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Beth did a great job explaining our options clearly and helping us find the right mortgage, and Callum was on the ball with our mortgage application. Tembo has really been wonderful and made our house buying journey really easy. The tembo app is very informative and detailed expecially for first time buyer. Bethany and Callum are the best. As a first time buyer they was very patient with us and explained in details what is needed.They got us great offer and replied every of our emails as fast as they could.
