Excellent service and great communication

Had a great experience with Tembo so far. Lucy in particular was very helpful in getting me the best deal and explaining everything clearly. Tembo Mortgage Services

I have never used Tembo before and it got recommended via some colleagues that I work with. From the outset they have been brilliant, I have dealing with Jack as my mortgage broker and he has been brilliant in assisting me with securing a mortgage and also recommending Solicitors and a surveyor too. Additionally, once the mortgage application was put through I was then assigned a case manager Chelsea, who has been brilliant and has responded to all my emails in a timely manner. So happy with Tembo money

I decided to try Tembo money on a whim after seeing it advertised on my instagram. As a first time buyer I didn’t even know where to start but we decided to set up our first call with Dom (mortgage advisor) who was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly go through our finances, listen to our wants/needs and find us the best mortgage deal and explain exactly the steps we would need to go through, he was very good at keeping in contact and replying to emails and he made the whole process less stressful. Once we decided on which mortgage product to use, Chelsea became our case manager and was also excellent. She managed communication between myself and the mortgage broker which was great as this process was slightly more stressful leading up to the mortgage offer acceptance as they demanded lots of paperwork. Chelsea handled all of this and finally let us know that our mortgage offer had been accepted! We move into our flat this week, Dominic and Chelsea thank you so much!!!! Reviewed on: 27th April 2025

Fast and knowledgeable

Callum and Jo were amazing and so professional and knowledgeable with sorting our BTL mortgage out in a very quick and hasle free process. Contractor mortgage made easy.

Contractor mortgage made easy. All through the process Hayley and Jessica guided us and kept us up to date with key information in a timely manner and made sure we knew exactly what we needed to provide at each stage of the process. As a contractor, it was proving difficult to get a mortgage direct from the banks, but Hayley's prior experience with contractors meant the process was as smooth as possible. First time buyer recommended

As a first time buyer, I was apprehensive knowing what to do and when, but Jack and Chelsea were really patience and helped guide me through the process with ease.
