Great service from Tembo.

We received a great service from Tembo. Luke and Elly did a great job to find some great deals for us. They managed to get 2 mortgages at the same time (BTL and residential). When we had an issue with the rental valuation they managed to change the lender and arranged a different valuation company and all went through ok at the end. Luke and Elly always kept us informed at every stage and they were always contactable by email or phone. Recommend them for all your mortgage needs. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

Excellent Service

I found Tembo online when looking for a mortgage broker as a first time buyer. Following an initial conversation to address my needs I was allocated Glen Fulham as my mortgage broker. From the beginning he worked tirelessly to get me a mortgage that would suit my needs and in under 21 days I received my mortgage over. I have also had the please of working with Callum Doherty as my case manager, overseeing the process post mortgage application. Both of them have been approachable, quick to respond to emails and queries and excellent in keeping me updated. I have been listened to throughout the whole process, they have made it so easy.
