Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Painless process for FTBs!

I was able to access Tembo’s mortgage broker services free of charge as I am an LISA customer. Fae was our mortgage advisor and was amazing. We’re first time buyers so naturally had a lot of questions and wasn’t really sure what exactly was going to happen. Fae was really great at guiding us through and always super responsive. Great service from Tembo.

We received a great service from Tembo. Luke and Elly did a great job to find some great deals for us. They managed to get 2 mortgages at the same time (BTL and residential). When we had an issue with the rental valuation they managed to change the lender and arranged a different valuation company and all went through ok at the end. Luke and Elly always kept us informed at every stage and they were always contactable by email or phone. Recommend them for all your mortgage needs. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

Tembo have great people

I got in touch with Tembo at the start of my search to get an agreement in principle and have had a great experience. Jo as the broker was so, so helpful with sensible advice and information to help me make decisions I feel really comfortable with and Callum was absolutely first class in keeping me updated with the mortgage application progress and chasing the mortgage provider when needed without prompting from me. When Callum was on leave the rest of the team at Tembo were on it too, keeping me updated and helping see things through.
