Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Excellent service

Jo and Callum provided an excellent service. Jo has a wonderful way of making you feel at ease about a stressful process. She’s highly efficient, responding quickly to emails. When it didn’t work out as expected with one lender, she was quick to apply to another lender. She also has excellent communication skills, providing regular updates. Making remortgaging easy and efficient

Both Elly and Matt were incredibly helpful for the whole process. Always happy to help with any questions or concerns. The whole process was so efficient taking all the stress away from sorting out a new mortgage for my property. Amazing from start to finish!

We’ve been in communication with Helena for the past year and she has been extremely helpful, professional and easy to communicate with. As first-time buyers the whole process can be extremely daunting, but Helena really put us at ease. Helena and Jodie both kept us updated on a regular basis and the whole journey from start to finish has been seamless. Tembo - excellent experience.

Tembo - the whole experience has been really good. I was struggling to resolve our remortgage, so I went online, looked at the reviews and picked Tembo. Not disappointed. Helena and Jodie secured us a much better deal than we had resigned ourselves to. And the whole process was so much easier, more pleasant and more professional than dealing with lenders direct. Excellent Service from Billy and Jodie!

We were fortunate to work with Billy, our mortgage advisor, along with Jodie, our case manager, and we could not have been more pleased with the service we received. Billy was extremely knowledgeable, and took a lot of time going through each part of the mortgage process with us. He answered our questions thoroughly, and made sure that we understood all available options. As a result, we felt much more confident and supported because of Billy's expertise. Jodie, our case manager, was also amazing. She provided frequent updates throughout the process, and she was always quick to respond to any queries we had. She made sure that everything was dealt with expediently, and only required us to provide itemized updates when it was required. Jodie kept track of and dealt with every detail, and this ultimately made the whole process easier for us. Billy and Jodie came together with a great deal of expertise in going out of their way to help us secure the best mortgage we could, and we appreciate their commitment, professionalism, and friendly support very much, and would highly recommend them. Best first time mortgage experience

Claudia and Chelsea were amazing and the most helpful in getting me my mortgage, constant updates throughout the process. As it was my first time applying for a mortgage, they were very responsive to any questions that I had. Very good online system, very easy to use. Had some issues with the lender at first but they were very quick to act and found me another lender straight away. Very competitive fees and extremely transparent about it with no hidden fees or anything like that.
