Paul Herbert & Jess Eley are Superstars!

Paul Herbert & Jess Eley have been absolutely incredible! Cannot shut up about the amazing service they have provided. When I first started looking into a mortgage I had no idea. Jess and Paul explained everything and ensured I felt supported throughout the entire journey. They have been down to earth, they have answered every question no matter how silly, they have gone above and beyond what I ever expected of them. I would recommend to any first time buyer who has no idea where to start as they are supportive, informative and genuinely look out for their customers. Absolutely Amazing

Kurt was my mortgage advisor and was super helpful and supportive! I am a first time buyer and dyslexic (especially with numbers) and he had so much time and patience to help me understand everything. I found the entire mortgage process to be very easy...

I found the entire mortgage process to be very easy from start to finish. After speaking with Kurt, my mortgage advisor, I felt much less anxious about what I initially thought was a daunting experience. He made everything simple and straightforward, and I now wish I had started this process years ago instead of paying off someone else's mortgage! After answering a few simple questions, I discovered that I could borrow much more than I initially thought possible, especially when compared to going to lenders on my own. Soon, I received a mortgage in principle, and the house hunting began. Eventually, I found a property I liked. At that point, I had a dedicated case manager, Callum, who guided me through the final stages and helped secure my mortgage approval. I can't thank Kurt and Callum from Tembo enough for their assistance throughout this process. They were always available to answer my numerous questions. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!! Absolutely amazing service. Rhys was so friendly and helpful from the very start, made a potentially daunting experience a lot less stressful and put me at ease. Found the best deal and was happy to answer any questions. Callum has also been amazing throughout, no question has ever been too much and he has been happy to answer a million that aren’t even his job to really answer! Communication is so quick, replies almost instantly in comparison to other services, they will give you answers in simple terms that you can understand, and have helped with co ordinating all the parts like surveys and solicitors. Very grateful to have the support and would recommend Tembo to anyone I know, especially Rhys and Callum! If only every other part of buying/selling was as good and stress free as the Tembo part!
