Paper-based systems arduous but good, helpful and swift Advisor

The FBS's paper-based systems pre-date those of the digital age and can be quite arduous to complete - printing out forms and hand-writing them. However, compensation came in the form of Advisor Peter Cook who not only offered sound advice (as former business owners and a Finance Director we were not the most patient people to advise) and pushed things through for us in a timely fashion.
