Product Transfer Process

What a delight to receive such personal and courteous service when transferring to a different product. Really felt that FBS cared and definitely lived up to their promise and reputation enabling us to relax knowing we are being cared for. Remortgage

Appalling service , they have taken 6 months and £175.00 pounds and have yet to come up with a final offer never reply to emails and always ask for obscure documentation. Lost the purchased due to there incompetence. Steer well clear! Reviewed on: 21st January 2020

Stress Free Experience

Our 2 year fixed rate mortgage was up for renewal and I found swapping to a new product with The Family Building Society was carried out in a friendly helpful manner with an easy switch over and would highly recommend contacting The Family Building Society when considering a mortgage. Simple and friendly

This is a family BS for all the family and best of all it is local.

As a family we value being able to visit our BS rather than it being an anonymous organisation via computer. We are seen quickly by courteous staff who seem to be able to answer any questions off the tip of their tongue - no delays while they 'find out'! Would definitely recommend. Only offset buy-to-let mortgage on the market

Straightforward application process and the only offset mortgage for landlords that I could find. Up to 100% of ythe value of the loan can be held in the offset savings account. A great product for certain situtions. Reviewed on: 26th July 2019

Great financial products and service.
