Very friendly and helpful service!

Fantastic Customer Care

I have been mortgage searching for a little while and after talking to Richard from Family Building Society I feel clear and confident about the information provided. He clearly explained all my options and made me feel at ease with regards to explaining any unfamiliar terms used. Always Excellent Service

As a Mortgage Broker, I tend to place a number of my more obscure cases with Family Building Society. The service from the beginning is always excellent and remains so throughout the course of the transaction, and not only for me as the broker, but also for the client too. Great customer experience

Can't Recommend Enough!

Helpdesk are always so helpful (Joana in particular), BDMs (ours is Grace) is always super helpful in laying it all out for us and confirming loan amounts etc, feels like nothing is too much to ask!
